About
Wimm
WIMM’s goal is to retain and develop talent in the Overijssel area. We do this on the one hand by introducing students to the business community in our area. For example we organize activities about working and learning in business and hereby guiding them.
On the other hand, we motivate SMEs in the area to pay more attention to their learning culture in order to strengthen the quality of their organisation. For this we offer specific training programs in the field of personal development of employees in different layers of the SMEs. We believe that when you offer entrepreneurs, employees and up-and-coming talent in organisations the right knowledge, insight and skills, this will contribute towards a better developed organisation and thus sustainable employability. We do this with great enthusiasm and without any profit motive. WIMM is an initiative of the private equity firm Wadinko, Hemmink B.V. and Unica.
WHY DID WE JOIN

Wimm is a partner of Perron038 because we believe that joining forces contributes to achieving a common goal. While Perron038 creates a physical platform where technical companies, professionals and talent work together on the future, WIMM is the independent personal developer and connector between talent and (technical) companies in the province of Overijssel.
WHAT DO WE CONTRIBUTE TO INNOVATION
Wimm is fully committed to talent retention and development in the Overijssel area. We do this by connecting students and young talent with the technical businesses in the area and by guiding them in their personal development.
Together with Perron038 and all other partners involved, Wimm is working on a Talent Development program. In this program, companies and students work together on challenging activities and projects. Within this project, companies can easily get in touch with young talent and students come into contact with interesting companies in the Overijssel area. Isn’t this the ideal way to introduce potential employees and employers to each other?
In addition to connecting students and the business community, personal development is an important part of the program. This includes intervision, career talks and coaching.

TALENT DEVELOPMENT
Perron038 offers an independent talent development program. We think along with students and professionals about which business and career path suits their personal wishes and ambitions. We offer interesting workshops and masterclasses in order to develop yourself and to meet (future) colleagues and interesting things.
